Team Eiffel

Paul Crismer has released a new version of his ECLI library, which provides Relational Database Access on top of CLI/ODBC.
New with this version is:

• Blob/large data transfer
• Information on DBMS capabilities
• Session control and information
• Login strategies: simple (data source, user name, password) or
  through connection string
• Information about installed ODBC drivers
• Decimal/Numeric data using MA_DECIMAL class

Paul has also reworked the samples, documentation and tests.

ECLI is now licensed under the Eiffel Forum License v2. It requires Gobo 3.4 and has been tested with ISE Eiffel 5.6 and Visual Eiffel 5.0b.
