Team Eiffel

Just created the install with the eposix libraries in it. It's installing now. If that's installed I can test it by adding Gobo Eiffel Compiler support to makelib. Then finishing the servlet documentation in eposix, so I have a new eposic beta. When that's done it is time to show the new installers to the world.

But first uploading the NICE results. Just before April. It was a long haul this time.
