Team Eiffel

After the success I had with the transitional releases, I've upgraded the SmartEiffel port on FreeBSD to 1.2r6. The only issue is that the master site has some availability issues, so perhaps should have the sources on my site as well. Have to ask Daniel about this.

Perhaps the next task is creating a .msi??
